The staff was all wonderful, though the pool

was a bit smaller than expected. We appreciated the allergy-friendly chocolate chip cookies for our son, which made him feel special. Overall, the experience was delightful with decent food options at the restaurant, making it a great family stay.

Despite a storm causing chaos at check-in, the staff's organization shone through as they promptly checked us in manually. Their exceptional teamwork truly made a difference in our welcoming experience.

I enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay! The comfortable King Room allowed for great rest. Dining at Coaches was a highlight. their food was delicious and convenient. Pro tip, try the chocolate chip cookies—they’re amazing! I highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

I gotta say, the staff here really blew me away. Lashonda at the front desk was a ray of sunshine, cute us with that big smile like we were old pals! And Gaby, the bartender at the restaurant, she was spot on with her menu recs. Had my back like a good partner should. We even talked about our crazy cats in between orders.

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton Chicago Midway Airport, Il! The room was spacious and included great amenities like a comfy armchair and in-room coffee maker. The restaurant, Coaches, served delicious meals, and the staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the bartender Gabby who made fantastic martinis.

Parking was charged at a premium rate.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The staff were really friendly, and the cookies were a hit with my kids! We enjoyed visiting the Brookfield Zoo nearby, where our little one loved seeing the elephants and lions up close. The dining options were great.

My kids wished the pool area had more shallow sections for younger kids.

The bed was divine, and the pillows were a cloud of dreams! Plus, the sports bar on-site served up some lovely bites.

Had a tiny hiccup. the air conditioning sounded like it was auditioning for a horror movie. Never a dull moment, I suppose!

easy access to parks and attractions for city walks

The proximity to macarthur park, just over 4 km away, made it so easy to enjoy a leisurely afternoon stroll while soaking in the greenery, and with the national archives at chicago only about 2.5 km from my stay, it was perfect for exploring some local history several times throughout my trip. I found the family-friendly atmosphere made my visit even better while offering good parking options, but the check-in process needed improvement since my Hilton rewards account wasn't updated correctly.
